Karen Arthur
Karen Arthur is the founder and host of the ground-shifting podcast Menopause Whilst Black, which champions Black primarily British based menopausal stories. Karen is a broadcaster, menopause diversity campaigner and artist and draws on her previous life as a teacher, fashion designer and model when founding the Wear Your Happy© movement which champions choosing conscious clothing for better mental wellbeing.
Karen has been featured in Vogue, The Guardian, Times Radio and BBC London Radio as well as BBC Breakfast and Channel 4’s ‘Sex, Myths and the Menopause’ with Davina McCall. Karen has represented in Parliament twice and is now part of The Health Collective with RCOG committed to equity in women’s health care as well as the world’s first National Menopause Education and Support Programme with UCL. Karen's work and her inspiring story is referenced in several books. Her work on menopause is cited in the British Medical Journal.

Mridula Pore
Co-Founder and CEO, Peppy
Mridula is co-founder and CEO of Peppy. She is passionate about making healthcare more affordable and accessible. Mridula started professional life as an engineer, studying first at Cambridge, and then completing her PhD and MBA at MIT. She was previously an engagement manager in the healthcare practice at McKinsey and a business unit head at Sandoz.

Deborah Garlick
CEO and Founder, Henpicked
Deborah has led the charge in raising menopause awareness and support. Since 2016, her team has worked with employers across the public and private sectors, both in the UK and globally. She spearheaded The Menopause Friendly Accreditation, advises the BSI, supports the Equality and Human Rights Commission, and leads the Menopause Friendly Employer Awards. A recognised advocate, she has trained thousands of organisations, appeared in the media, and authored Menopause: The Change for the Better.

Juleykha Stoneman
Airline Customer Service Agent and ERG Lead, British Airways
Juleykha Stoneman is an Airline Customer Service Agent at British Airways and a founding member of BA Menofriends. She is proud to have played a key role in raising awareness and fostering open conversations about all aspects of menopause, particularly within the dynamic and constantly evolving airline industry.

Laura Carter-Penman
Director of Clinical Services, Peppy
Laura Carter-Penman is Director of Clinical Services at Peppy, overseeing all practitioners to ensure the highest quality care. Laura qualified as a nurse at the University of East Anglia in 1996 and has since built a diverse and accomplished career across both NHS and private healthcare settings. With a lifelong passion for women's health, Laura believes in empowering women to navigate life transitions, such as menopause, with confidence and support.

Janet Wingfield
Lead Menopause Practitioner, Peppy
Janet is a dedicated and experienced nurse, especially in her focus on supporting women through the menopausal transition. With over 40 years of clinical experience, including two decades in primary care, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as lead Menopause Practitioner at Peppy.

Martin Gibson
Senior Fitness Practitioner, Peppy
Martin has over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry working with individuals and groups. He's had the pleasure of working with all ages and abilities from beginners to professional athletes. Martin specialises in movement and performance enhancement, helping people to move more efficiently, enhance their performance and improve their lives.
