Deborah has led the charge in raising menopause awareness and support. Since 2016, her team has worked with employers across the public and private sectors, both in the UK and globally. She spearheaded The Menopause Friendly Accreditation, advises the BSI, supports the Equality and Human Rights Commission, and leads the Menopause Friendly Employer Awards. A recognised advocate, she has trained thousands of organisations, appeared in the media, and authored Menopause: The Change for the Better. She also co-founded Menopause Friendly Australia. Menopause Friendly Accreditation is now available in the UK, US, and Australia, with training offered worldwide in 33 languages.

Her approach focuses on helping people live healthier, longer lives through comprehensive management and evidence-based treatment options. As Chair of SING, she also supports infertility nurses and collaborates with the RCN on education initiatives. A passionate educator and advocate, Laura champions compassionate, evidence-based care that addresses the unique health needs of women throughout their lives.
