Meno-ROARS:
Embrace the power of menopause

It’s time to stop whispering about menopause. We’re here to own it, celebrate it, and talk about it openly, with confidence and pride. At Meno-ROARS,  we’re bringing together experts, advocates, and real women’s stories to reframe menopause as a time of strength, growth, and empowerment.

For this World Menopause Day, join us and:

1. Hear inspiring stories from meno leaders like Kathy Abernethy, Jessica Hepburn, and Vonayi Nyamazana, learn how they’ve navigated their own menopause journeys and used those experiences to spark change and empower others.

2. Explore how menopause affects women from diverse backgrounds and discover how we can build truly inclusive support systems that respect every experience.

3. Walk away with practical steps to create real impact in your life, your community, and your workplace.

Whether you’re living it, supporting someone who is, or simply curious to learn more, this event is for you.

Let’s roar together - louder, prouder, and more empowered than ever. Check out more about our incredible line-up of speakers below.
