International Women's Day 2025 with Lisa Snowdon
Join us this International Women’s Day (IWD) for an unmissable session with TV legend and menopause advocate, Lisa Snowdon! In line with the IWD 2025 theme ‘Accelerate Action,’ Lisa will share her personal health journey - sharing the highs, the lows, and the lessons that helped her take control.
Lisa will open up about her experiences in her trademark warm and honest way, covering the emotional and physical hurdles she’s encountered as she’s journeyed through womanhood.
She’ll share how allowing herself to speak up about her most challenging experiences has given her the passion and courage to campaign for change and education.
This event supports the IWD mandate to create action, break down stigmas, initiate important conversations, and change the conversation around women’s health in general. We want everyone to leave feeling inspired and equipped to push for a more inclusive and supportive future.
