Webinar
The countdown is on - just 130 working days to go! So, the big question is: Is your organisation prepared to step up?
Menopause is a workplace issue, and the numbers speak for themselves: 14 million working days are lost each year in the UK due to menopause symptoms. But the good news is that with the right approach, you can create a workplace where people feel supported, understood, and able to thrive.
Join Peppy and Henpicked for an actionable session designed for HR and benefits professionals, featuring expert insights from Kathy Abernethy – Founding Clinician & Menopause Specialist, and Deborah Garlick – Founder of Henpicked.
We’ll cover:
- Rethinking menopause support – Research shows perimenopause symptoms can start as early as late 30s, yet many don’t seek help until their 50s. How can your organisation step in with timely, personalised support?
- Menopause isn’t just a ‘women’s issue’ – Let’s be honest: if managers don’t understand menopause, they can’t support their teams. We’ll talk about how to get male employees and managers engaged and equipped to do this right.
- New legal guidance – What’s changing, what’s required, and what does it actually mean for employers?
Get ahead, get prepared, and be the employer that gets it right.
