Men's Health at work:
Turning talk into action

Webinar

On-Demand

Men’s Health Week is here.

And although we’re making progress, there’s still work to do.
Men are still dying too young and too silently.

  • 1 in 5 men die before the age of 65
  • Men account for 75% of suicides in the UK
  • Over 65% of men delay going to the doctor
  • Over half of men feel ashamed or afraid to speak up about mental health at work

Let that sink in for a second….

The good news is that together, we can change this - not just with well-meaning posters or pub-style webinars, but with real action that actually helps the men in your workforce.

In this power-packed session, we’ll cover:

  • The new frontier of men’s health strategy: What’s coming down the line from the UK government and why every HR leader should care
  • Legal expectations you need on your radar: What employers are responsible for - and how to stay ahead of evolving requirements
  • Building a strategy that sticks: What real support looks like across physical, mental and social health
  • Engagement that actually works: Practical, proven ways to connect with men in your workplace - and keep momentum going long after the hashtags fade
  • The power of peer champions: How to find and empower the people who’ll lead the charge from within

With expert insight from Mark Brooks OBE, a leading voice in the men’s health movement, this is your chance to get ahead of the curve - and be part of something that goes beyond Men’s Health Week.

Who’s this session for?
This session is for anyone who cares about men’s health at work.

Whether you’re in HR, wellbeing, benefits, a leadership role - or just tired of the status quo - you belong in this conversation.

Let’s make this the turning point - the Men’s Health Week that lights the fuse for lasting change.
