Janet, Peppy's Lead Menopause Practitioner, is a dedicated and highly experienced nurse with over 40 years in clinical care, including two decades in primary care. A dedicated mentor and educator, she has been with Peppy since its early days, committed to supporting women through menopause and making a meaningful impact on their lives. Passionate about education and awareness, she strives to break the stigma around menopause and ensure women receive the support they deserve.

Freda Cuffe
Lead Fertility and Women's Health Practitioner
Freda, Peppy's Lead Practitioner for Fertility and Women's Health, brings over 20 years of experience in clinical and leadership roles. She has managed prestigious units across London and the South East, specialising in ultrasound, fertility preservation, and women's health education. Passionate about empowering individuals with knowledge and support, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and advancing the field through both patient care and education.

Genevieve West
Lead Pregnancy and Parenthood Practitioner
Genevieve, an experienced midwife with over 14 years in diverse midwifery practice, has worked across high- and low-dependency obstetric units, maternity assessment units, and midwifery-led centers. Since joining Peppy in 2022, she has embraced its mission to empower and support families. Passionate about education, she enjoys teaching, learning, and sharing knowledge within Peppy’s pregnancy and parenthood team. Dedicated to compassionate care, she strives to guide families through the challenges of pregnancy and early parenthood with confidence and support.

Abi Bott
Fitness Practitioner
Abi, a highly qualified Fitness Practitioner, is passionate about women's health and wellbeing. As a personal trainer, women’s health coach, massage therapist, and registered midwife, she takes a holistic approach to supporting women at every stage of life. With a focus on education, empowerment, and community, she believes in breaking down barriers through conversation and creating supportive spaces where women feel seen and heard. Committed to helping women build strength, confidence, and resilience, Abi strives to ensure they have the tools and guidance needed to thrive.

Grace Stokes
Head of Client Success
Grace Stokes is the Head of Client Success at Peppy, where she oversees strategic partnerships to empower clients in achieving their health and wellbeing goals. With expertise in client success, workplace wellbeing, and employee benefits, Grace collaborates closely with organisations to maximise the impact of Peppy’s clinical services. Famed for winning five gold medals at five consecutive Olympic games, Sir Steve will be opening up about his personal journey with low testosterone
Sir Steve has first-hand experience of navigating ‘taboo’ health journeys, and the difficulties that came with having challenging conversations in his work and personal life.
He shares our passion for breaking down the stigma around men's health.

Mridula Pore
Co-Founder and Co-CEO
Mridula has spent her career driving innovations in healthcare to make it more accessible and affordable.
Most recently she has led commercial teams in the pharmaceuticals and digital health industries.
She has a PhD in chemical engineering from MIT and an MBA from MIT Sloan. Mridula is eager to reduce the men’s health taboo and support men in the workplace.

Helen Lake
Director of Men’s Health
Helen has 30 years of clinical experience in urology, the branch of medicine that focuses on the urinary tract system and male reproductive system.
Her interest in bridging the clinical gap between hospital and home led her to join the commercial sector in 2005 with Convatec, then Bbraun Medical in 2010 as a Lead Clinical Specialist Nurse, developing home urology services.
She has lectured widely across the UK for the British Association of Urology Nurses, amongst other high-profile associations. She’s now Peppy’s Director of Men's Health services.

Evan Harris
Co-Founder and Co-CEO
Evan is passionate about all things related to health.
Among other things, he was the COO of the UK’s largest pathology company and recently led a national healthcare workforce of over 2,000 staff that included 1,300 clinicians (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists).
Evan possesses extensive knowledge of the challenges pertaining to men's health in the workplace and is working with top employers to address them.
